Clearway 5.75” LED Headlight – Lightweight, High-Performance Illumination
A custom headlight conversion isn’t just about upgrading visibility—it can also reduce electrical load, save weight, and refine your bike’s overall aesthetic. The Kelpi Clearway 5.75” LED Headlight is a high efficiency 35W unit designed to deliver crisp, bright illumination while maintaining a slim, lightweight profile.
With 3200 lumens on low beam and 3800 lumens on high beam, the Clearway headlight provides enhanced visibility for night riding while reducing strain on your charging system. When paired with our 5.75" adaptor collar, the traditional bucket housing is eliminated, producing a compact, frame-hugging install. The 5.75" collar can also be used to retrofit the Clearway 5.75" headlight into first generation XSR700's, XSR900's and Bolt XV950's. Please leave a note in the order if this is your intended application, as we will supply required headlight W clips to suit.

Fitment & Installation
Direct replacement for most 5.75” headlights
Direct fitment into all universal 5.75" headlight buckets, bevels etc
For XSR700 / XSR900 fitment in the stock 6.25” bucket:
Select the "Black Collar + Light" option at checkout
Add a note in your order mentioning XSR/Bolt headlight retrofitting, and we’ll include headlight W clips which are required for that application at no extra cost
